Job Brief

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams. Who will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles, and will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

Must Have Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with the latest technology.
  • Solid ability to interact with candidates.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).
  • Experience in Campus Recruitment would be a plus point.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruitment of junior and middle-level positions.
  • Handling the entire recruitment cycle for IT.
  • Experience of all job portals like Naukri/Monster/indeed/Linkedin.
  • Good expertise & IT Connection on LinkedIn.
  • Referencing and lined up the candidates for the urgent closures on a daily basis.
  • Follow up with candidates.
  • Mass Mailing and job posting for receiving the maximum resume for the various profiles on Portals.
  • Maintaining an internal database for the future references.
