Technical Project Manager || Project Coordinator

Must Have Skills

• Minimum 3 years in project management role in Web/ Mobile Technologies (PHP Frameworks/ CMS, Android, iOS, React Native, Node Js).
• Experience of managing a minimum of 10 member cross-functional team including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel..
• Strong understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologies and JIRA/ Trello/Asana/ Mantis for project management is a must.
• Having PMP and/or CSPO certification is a plus.
• Good business and interpersonal skills.
• The person should be an excellent and quick self-learner and can pick up new skills easily.
• A good team player and motivator.  Must be good at problem solving and task Delegations and Risk Management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans.
• Determine project responsibilities, assign personnel to the required tasks.
• Determine project specifications, know client requirements.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Manage the project plan and project team in order to support the timely completion of tasks, deliverable, and milestones.
• Liaison between the client and the team for the successful delivery of the project.
• Monitor project progress and also co-ordinate activities.
• Prepare project status reports.
• Exposure in handling projects related to Web Development, E-Commerce, Mobile Applications.
• Getting output ready before the deadline.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Develop project scope and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility.
