  • Background in sales and customer service is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact.
  • Help clients plan projects effectively.
  • Work with the delivery team to measure project progress & client success.
  • Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met.
  • Identify up-serving opportunities.
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
  • Work with the sales & delivery team to generate add on business.
  • Prepare reports on project performance.
